At Preveli Panama Concierge, we are committed to providing high-quality concierge services. Due to the nature of our personalized services, strict guidelines apply to cancellations and refunds. By booking with us, you agree to the following Refund Policy terms.

1. Cancellations and Refunds

7-Day Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking for a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits, only if you notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the service: Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable.

Last-Minute Bookings (Less than 48 Hours)

Bookings made within 48 hours of the scheduled service date are considered last-minute bookings and are non-refundable. Due to the short notice, no refunds or cancellations will be accommodated for these bookings.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation notice period:

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Any deposits made to secure third-party services, such as hotel bookings, event tickets, or transportation, are non-refundable. These services are subject to the policies of the third-party providers.
  • Partially Used Services: No refunds will be issued for partially used services. Once a service has commenced, it is considered completed for the purposes of this Refund Policy.

2. How to Request a Refund

Please include the following information in your refund request:

  • Full name
  • Service booked
  • Date of service
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window or for last-minute bookings will not be considered.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Any non-refundable deposits or service fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Modifications to Services

If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may not be accommodated and will be subject to the same conditions as last-minute bookings (i.e., non-refundable).

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not provided in the following circumstances:

  • Failure to Show: If you fail to show up for a scheduled service without prior notification, no refund will be issued.
  • Acts of God/Force Majeure: We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. Refunds for such cases will be subject to the policies of third-party service providers.

6. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, once booked, are non-refundable:

  • Event Tickets, Special Reservations, and Pre-Paid Accommodations: These are subject to the cancellation policies of the third-party providers and may not be eligible for a refund, even if the cancellation occurs more than 7 days in advance.
